Free T’ai Chi in Woodruff Park

The Georgia Department of Public Health is holding a free outdoor t’ai chi program from 11 to 11:45 a.m., every Tuesday and Friday, in Woodruff Park. Classes will be taught by a certified Arthritis Foundation t’ai chi instructor and will consist of a warmup and cool down, six main core exercises and six advance extension movements, with direction changes for an added challenge. These classes are no-sweat, so workout attire is not required. Advance registration is not required.
